Funeral Rites Near As More Dignitaries Visit Late Ibrahim Idris Family In Abuja*

As Nigerians warm up for the funeral rites of the late former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris, eminent dignitaries have continued to pay sympathy visits to his family at his residence in Abuja.

Among them were former Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Philip Salawu, former Deputy Governor of Benue State, Alhaji Sule Iyaji, and former Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Jibrin Usman.

Others include former Minister of State, Prof. Stephen Ocheni, former Special Adviser to late Governor Abubakar Audu on International Projects, Dan Okolo, religious leaders from across the country, as well as other sympathisers.

They all prayed to God for the repose of his soul and to provide for the family he left behind.

Boreholes Will Ease Water Burden in Ajaokuta Communities, Says Onu Igala Elect Dr. Obele*

The Onu Igala elect for Ganaja village, Chief Dr. Isa Obele, has described the construction of boreholes in Emiworo, Ganaja, Gadumo, and Malam Hassan Road by the Kogi State Government as a wonderful measure that will reduce the burden of accessing potable water for residents.
