KOGI UNITED FC THRASH BEAUTIFUL TOUR FC 6-0 IN NLO MATCHDAY 7



Kogi United Football Club delivered their most dominant performance of the 2026 Nationwide League One, NLO season, defeating Beautiful Tour FC 6-0 in Matchday 7 at Area 3 Football Pitch B, FCT Abuja.

Kogi United took early control of the game, netting two goals in the first half to establish a commanding lead before the break. 
They returned in the second half with greater intensity, scoring four additional goals to complete the rout and secure all three points.

The win marks Kogi United’s biggest victory of the campaign so far and strengthens the team’s push for promotion to the Nigeria National League, NNL, as the season progresses.

Kogi United will look to maintain this momentum in their next fixture.

Ankpa, Kogi State - The people of Ankpa Local Government Area have pledged their support for Omala LGA's bid to represent Ankpa Federal Constituency at the National Assembly in the 2027 elections. This development was announced after a meeting between delegations from both LGAs in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.  The Ankpa delegation was led by Prof. Salisu Ogbo who doubles as the Vice Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, agreed to support Omala LGA's quest for the House of Representatives seat in exchange for Omala's support for the Kogi East Senatorial District seat in the same 2027 National Assembly elections.
