*ADC URGES KOGI PEOPLE TO SUPPORT PARTY FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE*



The people of Kogi State have been called upon to support the African Democratic Congress (ADC) to ensure it takes over the affairs of the state. The chairman of the screening committee for the state Congress, Hon. Simon Atadoga, made the call when Hon. Tom Zakari appeared before the committee in Lokoja.

Hon. Atadoga noted that if the party is voted into power, it will ensure good governance in the state, assuring that the party will take over the leadership of the country in next year's general election. He described Hon. Tom as a competent leader, stressing that if elected as the chairman, he would no doubt bring his wealth of experience to move the party forward.

In a remark, the ADC chairmanship candidate for Kogi State chapter, Hon. Tom Zakari, promised that if elected, he will carry all members of the party along, assuring that he would be transparent in his dealings with all members of the party.

*ANKPA LGA APC STAKEHOLDERS RESOLVE TO SUPPORT OMALA'S HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES BID IN 2027*

Ankpa, Kogi State - The people of Ankpa Local Government Area have pledged their support for Omala LGA's bid to represent Ankpa Federal Constituency at the National Assembly in the 2027 elections. This development was announced after a meeting between delegations from both LGAs in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.  The Ankpa delegation was led by Prof. Salisu Ogbo who doubles as the Vice Chancellor of Prince Abubakar Audu University, Anyigba, agreed to support Omala LGA's quest for the House of Representatives seat in exchange for Omala's support for the Kogi East Senatorial District seat in the same 2027 National Assembly elections.
