"Appreciate Allah's Compassion ,Gadumo Chief Imam Urges Muslims at Eid-al-Fitr Celebration"*



The chief Imam of Gadumo central mosque, Ustaz Ibrahim Sule, has urged Muslims to appreciate Allah for his compassion over mankind .
The Imam made the remark during the Eid-al-Fitr celebration at Gadumo primary school Eid prayer ground in Lokoja.

He emphasized that every Muslim has reason to thank God for the successful end of the Ramadan and should not return to old bad habits to enjoy the full reward of the Ramadan.

Ustaz Sule also reminded Muslims of the importance of zakatul fitr, which he noted is compulsory for all Muslims who observed the Ramadan fast. He stressed that the virtues of love, abstinence, and sacrifice should be made a permanent feature in their lives.

The Imam prayed for the nation's leaders, including President Ahmed Bola Tinubu and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, saying what leaders need is prayers from followers to lead well. He specifically prayed for the Governor to be granted wisdom, good health, and enablement to lead well.

The Etsu Ankuri of Gadumo, Chief Abdulmalik Adama Suru, also congratulated all Muslims on the successful end of the Ramadan and felicitated with Governor Ododo, praying for his good health and wisdom to lead the state.

The Traditional ruler also prayed against insecurity, emphasizing that peace and security are necessary for development to thrive.
He prayed for peace and security to reign supreme in the country.
