*Lokoja Hosts ADC Kogi Strategic Stakeholders Meeting, Reaffirms Commitment to Party Growth*
Lokoja, Kogi State - The African Democratic Congress (ADC) Kogi State chapter held a strategic stakeholders meeting in Lokoja, the state capital, on Thursday, February 26, 2026. The event brought together prominent politicians, including General Tunde Ogbeha, Kogi State Leader of ADC, former Deputy Governor Hon. Simon Achuba, former Governorship candidate Hon. Engineer Musa Wada, former Senators Nurudeen Abatemi and Ahmed Ogembe, and other notable politicians.
Speaking at the meeting, General Ogbeha emphasized the party's commitment to reclaiming power , "We are poised to provide a new direction focusing on development, accountability, and people-centered governance. We welcome new members and urge all stakeholders to join us in this mission," he said.
Notable politicians who decamped to ADC at the meeting include Hon. Aduku Ojodale a former Commissioner for Works and Speaker of the Kogi State House of Assembly, and Hon. Sheikh, a former member of the Social Democratic Party (SDP).
Other prominent attendees included Rt. Hon. Tom Zakari, former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Austin Okai, former House of Representatives candidate, Hon. Hassan Salau, former Kogi State Chairman of PDP, Engineer Sam Ohoutu, immediate past Chairman of PDP in Kogi State, Dr. Sule Odoma, former Kogi State Commissioner of Health, Alhaji Musa Ahmodu, former Secretary to kogi state government and Zakito Umar former Executive Chairman of Igalamela/Odolu local government area.
