Eje Dekina Marks 30 Years on Throne, Receives Tribute from Former Minister Prof. Ocheni



A former Minister Professor (Chief) Stephen Ikani Ocheni has congratulated His Royal Highness, the Eje Dekina Alhaji Usman Obaje as he celebrates 30 years on the throne.

Professor Ocheni who was among  personalities that attended the anniversary celebration today in Dekina town, described the monarch as a man of peace, who has promoted love, peaceful coexistence, and tranquility in his domain.

The former Minister, who has had interactions with the Eje Dekina over the years, praised His Royal Highness for his exemplary leadership and dedication to the wellbeing of his subjects.

 The former Minister noted that the monarch's selfless service to his people and the government is top-notch, and an inspiration to many.

Professor Ocheni commended the Eje Dekina for identifying with him and his family over the years, saying it is a reflection of the monarch's commitment to building strong relationships with leaders and communities.

As the Eje Dekina celebrates this milestone, Professor Ocheni prayed for long life, robust health, wisdom, and more knowledge for His Royal Highness to continue to lead his subjects aright.

Professor Ocheni who is also a title holder of the Monarch urged all subjects to sustain their unwavering support and cooperation to the traditional ruler in many more years to come.

The former Minister's congratulatory message was filled with kind words for the Eje Dekina, describing him as an exemplary traditional ruler who cares deeply for the daily wellbeing of his subjects.

 He expressed confidence that the monarch will continue to lead his people with wisdom and compassion.
