*Kogi Mourns the Loss of an Astute and Vibrant Academician, Dr. Friday Odekina Friday, Finally Goes Home, Adieu*



The funeral mass for the late Dr. Odekina Friday Odekina an astute and vibrant academician who died recently is about now  being held at the Saint Boniface Catholic Cathedral in Idah, Kogi State, beginning at 10:00 AM. A requiem mass was also held yesterday at his residence at No. 20 GRA Extension, Iyogbo-Idah, in Kogi State.

Born on June 6, 1969, Dr. Odekina Friday Odekina passed away on June 25, 2025, at the age of 56. He is survived by his wife, children, brothers, sisters, and relatives. Today, Dr. Odekina will be laid to rest in Idah, Kogi State, bringing closure to a chapter in the lives of those who loved him. May his soul rest in peace, and may his family find solace in the love and support of friends and well-wishers during this difficult time. May God grant him eternal rest.

*ANKPA LGA APC STAKEHOLDERS RESOLVE TO SUPPORT OMALA'S HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES BID IN 2027*

Ankpa, Kogi State - The people of Ankpa Local Government Area have pledged their support for Omala LGA's bid to represent Ankpa Federal Constituency at the National Assembly in the 2027 elections.
