*COURT AFFIRMS HON. ANYEBE'S LEADERSHIP, PDP KOGI STATE CHAPTER GETS JUDICIAL NOD*
By Our Reporter.
The Kogi State High Court has delivered a landmark judgment in favor of Hon. Enemona Anyebe and the State Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Kogi State Chapter. The court struck out a suit filed by Captain Joe Agada (Rtd.) and others, challenging the legitimacy of the state congress and Hon. Anyebe's leadership.
Reacting to the judgment, Hon. Anyebe welcomed the court's decision, describing it as a victory for democracy and party unity. He extended an olive branch to Captain Agada and his supporters, urging them to come together for the party's greater good.
The PDP has called on members, stakeholders, and the public to respect the court's decision and join hands with the leadership to strengthen the party. With Hon. Anyebe's position solidified, the party plans to regroup, reenergize, and refocus its strategies to achieve its core objective of reclaiming power and delivering good governance to the people of Kogi State.
The party urges all loyal members and supporters to close ranks, embrace peace, and work collectively toward a stronger, more united front under Hon. Anyebe's leadership.
