*Kogi State Boxers Shine at National Sports Festival, Eye Gold Medal*



Kogi State boxers have made a strong impression at the ongoing National Sports Festival, with Celestina Ekele set to face off against her Delta State counterpart in a bid for the gold medal. Meanwhile, Taiwo Sikirat and Shogo Anioluwapo have already secured bronze medals for the state in a fiercely contested competition.

The duo won their bronze medals after losing to Ogun and Bayelsa respectively, but their achievement has been hailed as a significant milestone for Kogi State. The Kogi State Boxing Coach, Uloko Dan Ekele, commended Taiwo and Shogo for their impressive performance, expressing hope that Celestina Ekele would bring home the gold medal.

The National Boxing Coach from Kogi State, Musa Omale, described the feat as a welcome development, while the Director of Sports Development, Kogi State Ministry of Youths and Sports, Mr. David Ogazuma, congratulated Taiwo and Shogo on their bronze medals and expressed confidence in Celestina's ability to win gold.

With the eyes of Kogi State on Celestina Ekele, the stage is set for an exciting showdown that could bring glory to the state.
