"Prof. Ogbo Charges Youths to Emulate Exemplary Lives at Igala Mela Award Ceremony"the


LOKOJA, KOGI STATE - Prof. Usman Ogbo, Rector of Kogi State Polytechnic, Lokoja, has urged youths to emulate exemplary lives and give back to their communities. He made this call while receiving an award from the Igala Mela Youth Renaissance at the inauguration of  new Executive and award ceremony.to deserving personalities at Ajaka headquarters of Igalamela Odolu/Local government area.

Prof. Ogbo expressed his delight and motivation at being recognized by the community, known for its commitment to peace, development, and progress
. He emphasized the importance of role models in shaping the values and aspirations of young people.


The professor pledged to work with the Igala Mela Youth Renaissance Ajaka to drive positive development and impact in the community. He commended the organization for its initiative in recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions.to society. 
Prof. Ogbo also praised the wife of the former Minister of State for Labor and Employment,who served as an ambassador to the Republic of Germany, her Excellency, Ambassador Regina. I Ocheni for her initiative and support for the Organization.

Hon. Dr. Issa Tawfiq, Director General of Kogi State Utility, Infrastructure Management and Compliance Agency, has shed light on the issues surrounding MTN's operations in Kogi State. According to him, MTN has been non-compliant with the agency's regulations, leading to conflicts between the state government and the telecommunication company.
