*New Acting Provost of College of Education Technical Mopa Pays Homage to Elelu of Mopa*
The newly appointed Acting Provost of the College of Education (Technical) Mopa, Mr. Michael Ojodale Odoma, has paid a traditional homage to the Elulu of Mopa, as part of his familiarization visit to the community.
During the visit, Mr. Odoma expressed his gratitude to the royal father for receiving him and his team. He stated that he had come to seek the blessings of the Elulu in his new assignment as the Acting Provost of the college.
The Acting Provost also solicited the prayers and support of the Elulu in the task of moving the institution to an enviable height among its peers in the state and country at large. He emphasized that the college requires new innovations and ideas to achieve its goals, and he believes that the support and guidance of the royal father will be invaluable in this regard.
Mr. Odoma assured the Elulu that he will work tirelessly to ensure that the college becomes a center of excellence in teacher education, and that it contributes positively to the development of the community and the state as a whole.
The Elulu of Mopa,his Royal highness (OBA) Muyiwa Ibeun in his response, welcomed the Acting Provost and his team, and offered his blessings and support for the success of the college. He also pledged to provide guidance and assistance to Mr. Odoma in his new role.
The traditional homage was attended by top officials of the college, as well as some prominent members of the Mopa community.
