Kogi Electricity Regulatory Commission Boss Felicitates with Governor Ododo, Muslims on Eid-el-Fitr*
The Chairman of the Kogi State Electricity Regulatory Commission, Ibrahim S. Abdawaaris, has felicitated with the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, and the entire Muslim Ummah in the state on the occasion of Eid-el-Fitr.
In a statement issued to commemorate the end of Ramadan, Abdawaaris prayed that Allah accepts the prayers, supplications, and good deeds of the Muslim faithful during the holy month.
He also wished Governor Ododo and the Muslim Ummah a joyous and peaceful Eid-el-Fitr celebration, praying that Allah blesses them with peace, happiness, and prosperity.
Abdawaaris urged Muslims to continue to uphold the values of love, kindness, and generosity that are synonymous with the Islamic faith, and to use the occasion to pray for peace, unity, and prosperity in Nigeria.
The Chairman of the Kogi State Electricity Regulatory Commission also prayed that Allah continues to guide and protect Governor Ododo as he leads the state to greater heights.
Abdawaaris' Sallah message was contained in a statement he signed and made available to newsmen in Lokoja, the Kogi State capital.
As the Muslim faithful celebrate Eid-el-Fitr, Abdawaaris called on Nigerians to embrace the spirit of love, tolerance, and forgiveness, which are essential for building a harmonious and prosperous society. He also wished everyone a happy Eid-el-Fitr celebration, saying "Eid Mubarak!"
