*"Halims Hails Court Verdict on Constituency Creation in Kogi State"*

Alhaji Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims, the member representing Ankpa federal constituency and deputy majority leader in the house of representatives, has revealed that a court judgment from the federal high court favors the creation of state constituencies. This development is expected to lead to the creation of eight additional federal constituencies in Kogi State.

According to Halims, the court judgment is a significant milestone in the quest for more constituencies in Kogi East. He emphasized that the creation of new constituencies will bring about better representation and more effective governance for the people of Kogi State.

Halims also clarified that the court judgment is not related to state creation, but rather a separate matter that aims to address the issue of suppressed constituencies in the state. With this development, Kogi State is poised to witness significant changes in its political landscape.

The creation of additional constituencies is expected to have far-reaching implications for the people of Kogi State, including increased access to government services, improved infrastructure development, and enhanced economic opportunities. As the process moves forward, Halims has assured that he will continue to work tirelessly to ensure that the interests of his constituents are protected and their needs are addressed.
