GOV. ODODO FLAGS OFF DISTRIBUTION OF VEHICLES TO YOUTH AND STUDENT BODIES

Kogi State Governor, Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, has launched the distribution of four vehicles to youth and student bodies in the state, demonstrating his administration's commitment to supporting young people.

The governor, represented by the State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Aridaojo Monday Anyebe, emphasized the importance of youth development, recognizing them as the backbone of society. He noted that the present administration in the state recognizes the Youth and students in view of their support for the government.

The vehicle donation is aimed at enhancing the official activities of the beneficiary organizations. Governor Ododo assured the bodies of the commitment of the present administration towards the growth and development of Youth and students in the Kogi State.

The governor stated that the vehicle donation symbolizes the collective commitment towards building the youth and student bodies to a brighter future in the state. The beneficiaries of the vehicles include the National Association of Kogi State Students (NAKOSS), Kogi State Youth Parliament, National Association of Nigeria Students Joint Campus Committee, Kogi State chapter, and National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN).

Dr. Jeremiah Elukpo, National President of NAKOSS, commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his love for youth and students in the state. He noted that the vehicles will go a long way in enhancing their official activities and will be used for the purpose intended. Dr. Elukpo assured of their unalloyed support and loyalty to the present administration.

Dr. Elukpo also commended Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Hon. Aridaojo Monday Anyebe, for carrying the youths along in their scheme of things. The governor's administration has shown a strong commitment to youth development, and this initiative is a testament to that commitment.
