Provost College of Education, Technical Mopa, Mrs Victoria Olusola Jagboro has congratulated all the newly elected Chairmen across the twenty one Local Government Area of Kogi State.

Mrs Jagboro in her congratulatory message today in Lokoja said Local Government is the closest teir of government to the grassroots and much is expected from the council boss in the spread of dividends of democracy.

She said the outcome of the election was an indication of the confidence and trust the majority of the people have in the All Progressive Congress administration, urging the newly elected chairmen to keep the good work going.

The provost particularly congratulated Chairmen of Kabba\Bunu, Barrister Zacheaus Dare and his counterpart in Mopamuro Mr Ademola Bello for being part of the history of the institution and urged the duo to continue to sustain the cordial relationship.

She equally urged politicians across board to sponsor followers in technical skills rather than offering stipends emphasising that such move will reduce youths restiveness and dependency.
