KOGI STATE contingents to the 8th National Youth Games have arrived Asaba, Delta state venue of the sporting event.



Addressing the contingency the State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Hon Monday  A Anyebe in a message urged them to put in their  best and win medals for the state.

Represented by the Director Sport in the ministry, Mr David Ogazuma , Hon Anyebe said the state government was waiting for them to make the state proud by winning medals.

He said adequate arrangements for their welfare had be made with the efforts of the present administration under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
   The information officer of the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development James Sani reports that Asaba is wearing a new look with the athletes showing lots of anxiety and describing the games as a moral booster for the Youth especially in the sporting activities.
