*GIWAN MATAN LOKOJA: MAIGARI OF LOKOJA HONORS HAJIA AISHA IDRIS WITH TRADITIONAL TITILE*



The Maigari of Lokoja, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Ibrahim Gambo Kabir Maikarfi IV, has conferred the traditional chieftaincy title of "Giwan Matan Lokoja" on Hajia Aisha Ibrahim Idris, wife of the former Governor of Kogi State.

In a letter of notification, the Maigari of Lokoja recognized Hajia Aisha's immense contributions to the development of Lokoja and its environs, her hard work, and unwavering support for humanitarian causes.

The Maigari exercised his powers as the chairman of the Lokoja Emirate Council to confer the title, making Hajia Aisha a member of the Lokoja Traditional Title Holders Council.

With this honor, Hajia Aisha's salutations shall be "Giwa," acknowledging her sacrifice and selfless service to the community.

The coronation date will be announced later, marking a significant milestone in Hajia Aisha's recognition as a pillar of development and humanitarian efforts in Lokoja.
