*SUPREME COURT AFFIRMS ODOODO'S VICTORY: Declares Ahmed Usman Ododo Duly Elected Governor of Kogi State*



In a landmark ruling, the Supreme Court has upheld Ahmed Usman Ododo's election as Governor of Kogi State, dismissing appeals against his victory.

The apex court's decision validates the outcomes of the Court of Appeal and Election Petition Tribunal, solidifying Ododo's position as Governor.

The justices found the appellants' claims lacking merit, citing insufficient evidence to overturn the election results.

This ruling confirms the legality of Ododo's election and marks a new chapter for Kogi State as he continues his mandate.
