Abdwaaris, has celebrated one year of regulatory oversight and the establishment of the state's electricity market.  In a speech to mark the one year anniversary of the Commission, Engr. Abdwaaris highlighted the state's progress, citing streamlined licensing for private investment, consumer engagement, and frameworks for renewable energy integration. "We have moved from a legislative concept to an operational reality," Engr.
